How does an energy healing session feel?

You can feel vibrations and tingling in the body, the feeling that an electric current circulates through the limbs or through the head, a deep relaxation and the need for sleep. In some situations, you may not feel anything, but that does not mean that the therapy has no effect. Feeling is not the same as healing. Each person feels differently, depending on both the physical/emotional/psychic state they are in, as well as the number of therapies done.

Should I stop any current medical treatments?

NO! Under any circumstances.

The therapies I offer are complementary therapies and do not replace any treatment you follow following the doctor's recommendation.

Complementary = complements another treatment you are following (if applicable) and helps your body heal more easily, faster and return to a state of balance.

What is a healing crisis?

The healing crisis is represented by certain symptoms that the body goes through on its way to healing. This occurs when the body heals itself naturally following a therapy. You may experience fatigue, dizziness, sometimes slight nausea or a detoxification of the kidneys and intestines.

 

Not everyone goes through a healing crisis.

How does meditation help me?

It helps you to discipline yourself, to be aware of your breathing, to improve your ability to concentrate, to release negative emotions in a safe environment, to become aware of certain toxic patterns, to work with the inner child, to improve the yin-yang balance etc. The benefits are multiple! A guided meditation is a tool that you have at hand all your life, to use it when you feel the need, and even better, in your own daily routine.

How many sessions do I need?

It depends on the therapy you choose and the situation you want to solve/improve.

In the case of Remote healing, I recommend a minimum of 3 sessions, and optimally 6 sessions, followed by maintenance sessions whenever needed. 

In the case of Inner Child exercises, it is a fixed program of 5 or 10 meditations, one every two weeks.

The number of shadow work sessions depends only on you and how fast you assimilate the techniques I provide.
